How to request a refund
Email CONTACT_EMAIL within 7 days of your purchase. Include the order reference from your payment confirmation. No long form, no questions about why.
What qualifies
- Any reason within 7 days of the original purchase.
- Single product (The Prompt OS) only.
What does not qualify
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase.
- Suspected abuse — for example, repeated downloads followed by chargeback patterns.
Processing
Refunds are processed back to the original card via Monobank Acquiring within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Currency
Refunds are issued in the same UAH amount that was originally charged. We do not adjust for FX fluctuations between purchase and refund — this is on the user side.
