This policy explains how we deliver our products. All our products are digital: nothing is shipped by mail.
1. What you receive
Every product is a digital file (PDF). After payment you can download it, keep it, print it for your own use and come back to it any time.
2. How and when it's delivered
- Instantly on screen: a download button appears right after your payment is confirmed.
- By email: a download link is sent to the email address you entered, usually within a few minutes.
- Free guides are delivered the same way right after you sign up.
3. Delivery cost and countries
There are no shipping or delivery fees. Digital delivery works in every country where you can open our website and receive email.
4. If your download doesn't arrive
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Make sure the email address you entered is correct.
- Email support@tamify.store with the email you used to buy, and we'll send a new link, usually within one business day.
5. Problems with a file
If a file won't open or seems damaged, write to us and we'll send a working copy right away. You can still ask for a refund under our Refund Policy.
